On arrival after a awful journey from airport to hotel the staff was very rude and unwelcoming the hotel is in the middle of no where only place to buy anything to munch on was in the petrol station and a Mac Donald’s when coming downstairs after my first night the lobby stuck of dirty nappies and your coffee isn’t refilled everyday I will not be stay again

Conveniently located near a tram station, takes about 15-20 minute to reach the city centre. Super friendly and helpful staff. The attentive service is the highlight of my stay.

Avoid staying at this hotel: 1. The location is far from major attractions. 2. The rooms are extremely small, leaving no space to open luggage comfortably. 3. The bathroom is cramped, making it difficult to move, especially in the shower. 4. The room cleanliness is poor, with smelly cushions. 5. The bed is not a standard queen size and feels quite small. 6. The pillows are unusually small and cube-shaped, making them uncomfortable. 7. The staff are unfriendly. 8. Hotel accessibility is poor. 9. You can easily hear other people voice in other rooms
